At Larken & Co, we believe that clarity and transparency are essential when it comes to legal costs. Before starting any matter, we aim to give you a clear understanding of the likely fees involved, how they are calculated, and what they include.
This section of our website brings together key information about the costs of some of our most common services, along with our policies on client funds and interest. Each area sets out typical fee structures, what is included in the service, and the factors that may affect the overall cost.
Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions, with no hidden surprises, just straightforward, professional advice backed by transparent pricing.
When you instruct us, any client funds we hold are kept secure, separate from firm funds, and placed into a regulated Client Account or, where necessary, a Designated Deposit Account. We return a fair and reasonable proportion of interest earned on these funds, in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
