Our people

Lesley is an experienced litigator and handles commercial and civil litigation work, contentious trust and probate disputes, and also deals with employment matters.

She is a strong believer in adopting a sensible approach to resolving disputes by negotiation, mediation, or in preparing cases for trial for determination by the Court. 

Lesley has vast experience in handling a diverse range of matters, including commercial and individual contract disputes, property matters, and debt recovery and enforcement.   She also deals with disputes regarding the validity of wills, Inheritance Act claims, and all other aspects of contentious probate work and provides advice to employers and employees on employment law.

Lesley is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is also a Newark representative of the Nottinghamshire Law Society Council. 

Away from the office, she has a busy family life, and enjoys travel, tennis and theatre.
