Vanessa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has been in practice for over 36 years.

She advises clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the conveyancing process, including dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

In addition to the above, Vanessa deals with new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, help, right-to-buy schemes, buy-to-let transactions, and general property advice.

Vanessa is committed to ensuring that clients receive a smooth, efficient, and friendly service.

Away from work, Vanessa has a variety of interests, including cycling, swimming, and skiing. She enjoys 80’s music, is a Leicester City fan, and has also held a pilot’s license.
