Many clients find that when they apply for a mortgage, they are faced with a long 'interview' by the mortgage company. A great deal of information is presented to the client and often attempts are made to sell other products. To add to the confusion, clients can then be sent a lengthy mortgage offer full of terms and conditions.
Part of the way we help our clients is to review the mortgage offer and provide you with a summary of the main terms and conditions. Sometimes our clients then find out that they did not understand everything that was said to them by the mortgage company.
