You only have
to read a newspaper or talk with friends to realise that if you have
a job, the law gives you many rights.
It is difficult
for people to know all the rights they may have available to them. If
you think your employer has treated you unfairly, you must obtain legal
advice at the earliest opportunity. Many of the legal rights are subject
to strict time limits to make a claim.
Seeing a
solicitor does not mean that you must go to a court or tribunal. Our
experience suggests that internal grievance procedures can be useful.
Even if matters have gone beyond using internal procedures, we can often
help you reach agreement with your employer and, failing that, we are
used to dealing with Industrial Tribunal procedures.
Whatever
your problem at work, it is likely that we can help.
