Department deals daily with the buying and selling of commercial properties.
It is our job to ensure that, having bought a property, there are no
legal reasons why it cannot be sold again in the future. We will investigate
the title deeds and use internet technology to carry out all necessary
searches and raise enquiries with the Seller.
We will deal
with the Mortgages, Debentures and Personal Guarantees that are often
part of any purchase and advise you upon any VAT or Stamp Duty Land
Tax charges.
In any sale
transaction, we try to issue the contracts for sale as quickly as possible
and liaise with you regarding any enquiries raised by the Buyer.
We appreciate
