Staff Liaison Group

This Group was set up to try and improve communication between the Partners and staff.

 

The Group meets once a month usually after a Partners' Meeting, with one Partner, Sally Smith (our Practice Manager) and 5 voluntary members of staff. The staff can raise issues; voice any concerns or make suggestions for improvements etc to the Partners and the Partners inform staff of decisions made which affect the firm.

 

A Newsletter is then produced shortly after the meeting informing all other members of the practice of the discussions that took place at the meeting.
