Paying for our advice

You should never receive from Larken & Co, a bill you do not expect.

 

At the start of a new matter where you have not used Larken & Co before, you will be sent a letter explaining how we charge for our services. In many cases, we will be able to provide either an estimate or a quote of the likely charges.

 

For certain types of criminal and family work, you may be eligible for legal aid to help pay your legal costs. For certain types of court litigation, ‘No Win – No Fee’ might be available.

 

To help with payment of legal costs, it is possible to pay on account using standing orders or by credit card.
