On first contacting our office you will be asked for brief details about the nature of the matter. This enables you to be referred to the appropriate solicitor for assistance.

 

At the first attendance, you will be given information about our charges and where appropriate following your instructions you will be sent a letter informing you of our charging rates and the likely cost of your case.

 

Larken & Co do undertake publicly funded work (formerly Legal Aid). We hold a Legal Services Commission contract to provide legal advice in a number of areas of law. At the first attendance you will be advised as to your eligibility for legal advice, assistance and legal aid.
