Involvement with the courts is sometime unavoidable. We have specialist departments and advisors perfectly placed to advise on any matter involving the courts, including the Family, Criminal and Civil Courts.
It is always important to take early advice in connection with any court proceedings and we can advise as to alternatives to proceedings, where appropriate.
Licensing
As a firm we have advised clients throughout the Midlands and beyond on a variety of licensing issues. We have provided representation not only before the courts on liquor licensing matters but also before local authority committees in relation to public entertainment licensing.
